The networks were composed of the following trainings: Mental Health Training for Juvenile Justice (MHT-JJ) Crisis Intervention Teams for Youth (CIT-Y) Adolescent Mental Health Training for School Resource Officers and Educators (AMHT) Each network offered a certification process, ongoing mentorship from national experts, access to annually updated curricula and resources, and continuing education opportunities for certified trainers. Leading mental health and justice-systems experts facilitated interactive training courses, emphasizing the skills and knowledge that build trainer confidence with the curricula. As of its closure, the NCYOJ ceased new training cohorts of the MHT-JJ and CIT-Y. The AMHT course is available through the National Association of School Resource Officers . The resources from the MHT-JJ and CIT-Y trainings are available for formerly certified trainers of the two trainings.
